Ozone
What makes ozone so potent?
Ozonated water is used in all of the procedures that we undertake in our practice, including oral surgery, cavity treatment, and periodontal therapy. It not only aids in the prevention and treatment of oral infections, but it also helps to keep our water distribution systems clean.
Ozone gas alone, without drilling or filling, is usually enough to treat early degradation in its early phases. If we are going to place sealants to help or prevent decay, ozone is utilized first to ensure that the tooth is clean and ready for the resin.
Ozone gas is a particularly successful way of treating gum disease because it can be delivered directly into periodontal pockets, which are common sites for pathogenic bacteria colonization. Furthermore, ozone oil, water, or gas can be used in the comfort of one’s own home to aid in the maintenance of a healthy microbial balance in the mouth.
Infections such as failed root canals, cavitations (also known as osteonecrotic lesions), and failed implants can be treated with ozone injections into the afflicted area. There’s a strong chance you can avoid teeth extractions and jaw surgery!
Even more efficiently, we can use it as a prophylactic precaution during your regular appointments by “bathing” your teeth in ozone gas using custom-made trays that fit over your teeth.
LASER
Laser therapy decreases inflammation and promotes development as well as:
• hastens the healing process
• reduces discomfort
• It stimulates the activity of fibroblasts, macrophages, and other cells.
• beneficial to gum tissue, skin, dentin, and bone
• affects collagen formation, which has an effect on tissues
Our sophisticated laser is a comprehensive piece of dental equipment that is altering the way our office performs common and more difficult dental operations. As a result, an all-in-one laser device has been made that, compared to traditional laser treatments, can make patients more comfortable, speed up healing, and improve overall accuracy.
PRF ‘’platelet Rich Fibrin’’
Platelet-rich fibrin injections help stimulate healing. This specific platelet mixture helps build tissue as fibrin and is also known to stimulate stem cells, which therefore improves healing. PRF can help the skin heal at the cellular level as fibrin responds positively to an injury. PRF can be used to promote wound healing, bone regeneration, graft stabilization, and the sealing of the wound through hemostasis. The fibrin matrix is more efficient IN achieving stem cell migration to promote healing.
