Historically, companies that sell teeth whitening systems have made claims that their products are simple to use, produce exceptional results, and leave patients satisfied.

On the other hand, you've probably encountered a disconnect between what was promised and what was actually delivered.

The color of a person's teeth comes from huge molecules of naturally occurring pigment and stain that are trapped within the microstructure of their teeth. The greater the size of these molecules, the greater the number of chromophores that are contained within them, and the darker the teeth seem.

The production of hydrogen peroxide is the end result of the use of any and all peroxide gels. When hydrogen peroxide is broken down, it produces water, oxygen, and a number of radicals and byproducts that are together referred to as "bleaching factors." These factors are responsible for lightening teeth. oxygenation.

Only when these whitening gels are: fully potent; often chemically influenced to produce a high percentage of free radicals (instead of simply oxygen and water); and allowed extended time for these factors to diffuse thoroughly into the microstructure of teeth, will you see the best results from your whitening treatment.

Why are other whitening gels not working?

This is because saliva quickly contaminates the whitening gel and causes a problem. The anti-oxidant enzyme peroxidase can be found in high concentrations in both the saliva. Approximately 6.5 milligrams of hydrogen peroxide are distributed between the upper and lower whitening trays of a pair of whitening trays before the trays are filled with whitening gel. The amount of peroxide that may be neutralized by saliva in one minute is an astounding 29 mg. When saliva comes into touch with the whitening gel in the trays, even a small amount of contamination is enough to destroy the gel immediately.
